We're Mumble users and contributors just like you! We're not just trying to cash-in, our interest is in seeing Mumble grow and evolve. Our support staff are all Mumble users, so if you're having a problem contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it!
All prices are USD, paid per-billing-cycle, in advance. Once you've made a payment for a billing cycle, you may submit a cancellation request at any time to discontinue service at the beginning of the next billing cycle - pro-rated refunds are not available.
¹ Automatic Setup is initiated once payment is received. Note that the payment provider may place delays on notifying our server, so that fraud checks may take place. Rest assured that as soon as we're notified funds are cleared, setup is practically instant!
² Uptime is indicative of server and network performance. Note that Mumble is still experimental software, so Bad Things® can happen. For full SLA, please see our ToS agreement.
³ "Slots" is a description of the maximum number of concurrent users on the server at once. You can create as many user accounts as you'd like, but only this many people can be on the server at any one time.
Note that Ice access is not currently available.
